Prisoners at the Fort is an activity centre where you invite the gang to compete in various tasks. You divide into teams of 3 - 5 people and each team will receive a key, with this key you can open the 48 different rooms and work together to solve the various challenges. The challenges range from physical tasks such as climbing and balancing to puzzles and other hidden solutions. The key is activated for the time you choose and after everyone has finished, you can choose a winning team.
Even though you dont speak norwegian, a visit to us is still possible. Our instructors will brief you about the rules of the game in english and all of our rooms are both in english and norwegian. Who do you challenge?
You can choose how long you want to keep going, from 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or 2.5 hours. The difference between the different times is how many of the various 48(!) cells you can get through. Most people choose 1.5 or 2 hours, but it's entirely up to you and how much time you have.
Our prices are per person, from NOK 250, and vary depending on how long you want to play. We also have special prices for sports clubs and school classes. Select your type of event from the menu under "Book" and you will see the different prices.
On our pages you can see the calendar, choose a date and see available places. Here you can reserve a provisional number of places. So that you can take a count or register the number of participants as you approach. The reservation is open for cancellation of all or part of the reservation. The reservation is locked for cancellation for teambuilding 7 days before the event, while the other packages are 12 hours.
We have 48(!) different cells with different tasks ranging from physics to IQ.
We recommend that you wear a t-shirt and normal casual clothes so that you don't get too hot. However, experience shows that the competitive instinct quickly gets the better of you and you end up running around. That's why it's a good idea to bring an extra t-shirt and possibly some looser clothes. We have lockers available to borrow.
Fangene på Fortet is suitable for everyone, there are always several people on the team and you can take turns doing the tasks. Some of the rooms are more physical, but the teams themselves decide along the way which level and which rooms they want to solve. So you can adapt it to the team's limitations. The same also applies to pregnant women.
There is no age limit, but we recommend that you are at least 8 years old. Several of the rooms are difficult and some can be scary. It's also a good idea to have an adult on the team if the children are younger than 10 years old.
For children's birthday the recommendation is also 8 years, but children of this age mature very differently, so we let the individual parent assess this.
We serve food and beverages throughout our opening hours, and you can buy everything from soft drinks to beer, cider, wine and more at the bar. If you're planning to eat, we also serve pizza, but this must be booked at least one day in advance.
The reservation can be paid for either when you arrive, or by pressing pay in the confirmation you receive. Here you can choose card or invoice.
We are located right by the "Nydalen" metro stop. Use the second exit from the metro and you will come straight to us. It is also possible to take several buses to Nydalen T / Handelshøyskolen BI such as the 30 and 37 bus.
We have 34 parking spaces in the car park 50 metres from our entrance. Drive further in when you see our entrance and you will come to the car park.
Our seats are on Level 1 and they are labelled with "Prisoners at the Fort"
The spaces are free of charge from 16:00 - 00:00 every weekday and all weekend. During the free period, no valid parking ticket or proof is required.
Buses and minibuses will find other suitable space in the outdoor car parks in the area due to the ceiling height in the garage.
You only need to be 3 participants to come to us, and if you're just 2, you'll be fine in several of our rooms. We have several TV screens in the rooms that show all the teams that are going on, if you are just a team you can compete against others who are also just a team.
We are always open, at least almost. Every day, all year round except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and 17 May, unless otherwise stated on our website or our website. Facebook page.
